Yes! While books and devotionals are nice resources to supplement our studies, we believe that nothing tops the verse-by-verse, expository studying of scripture.

We choose a book in the Bible and read that book from start to finish. We are usually able to cover one chapter per week in our Online Study.

Yep. When it all started 5+ years ago it was a men’s-only study. Then later the women’s-only study began.

We were able to clearly see that our studies aren’t gender-focused, they’re Word-focused. And the Word applies to everyone.

So, the more the merrier.

Adults of any age!

Teens can join when accompanied by an adult.

Online: We currently have 2-10 people consistently online with us. And growing…

In-Person: We currently host these at our house, so just a typical house capacity, but we have about 10-20 people at these consistently.

For now, children usually hang out and watch a movie with our children, while babies and toddlers just stay with their parents in the study group.

If the study grows beyond this capacity, we could all pitch in for a sitter for these monthly meet-ups.

2. Once we determine you’re not a robot, one of us will call you. Michael will call the men, Larissa will call the women.
3. After we talk to you, you will be sent a Google Meet link for online, and if in-person is of interest to you (and you’re in the Cincinnati area) we will email you that info.

NO! We are studying the Word of God, we keep Christ at the center.

We teach through entire books of the Bible, verse by verse. Naturally, that means we’ll encounter passages with political implications, and we’ll engage those thoughtfully… within their historical context and with relevance to today.

However, we won’t be diving into modern political figures or policy debates. That’s not the focus here, so we keep those conversations outside the room.
